Cassius began playing classical guitar at age 16 after hearing the recordings of Christopher Parkening. As of December, Cassius completed a Doctor of Music (D.M.) degree from Indiana University, studying with Ernesto Bitetti. He now lives in Ham Lake where he teaches, records, and composes music.
